You want to feel better.

Whether you’re carrying around extra weight, have a health condition, or just know there’s room for improvement, that’s the bottom line—you want to feel better.

I’ve been there —it’s what led me to become a nutrition consultant in the first place. And here’s what I know from personal experience: Our body has an incredible ability to heal—just give it what it needs and remove what it doesn’t.

The hard part? Figuring that out.

You’ve probably already tried various diets, eliminated food groups, bought tons of supplements, and read article after article after article. I did that, too.

I’m guessing that you didn’t get the results you were after. (Me either.)

It’s not your fault. We simply haven’t been taught how to nourish ourselves properly, and the “Standard American Diet” is proof.  We’ve also been misled by poor advertising on food packaging, leading us to believe that we’re buying healthy foods when, in fact, that is far from the truth.

I didn’t start feeling truly healthy—didn’t start thriving— until I started applying what I was learning while studying nutrition. And part of the reason that I pursued this field was to help others get to a solution faster. I don’t want anyone to struggle as hard or as long as I did.

If you’re ready to make a change and take back control of your life, I can help you find the way. Are you ready to go from surviving to thriving?

Thriving means …

  • Shedding excess weight and gaining energy because you are feeding your body well.
  • Achieving the numbers—weight, blood pressure, labs—to support your health goals.
  • Watching your symptoms disappear, one by one.
  • Feeling good about knowing that you are nourishing the whole YOU with the foods and lifestyle choices that are right for you.
  • Enjoying delicious wholesome foods – including desserts.
  • Having a positive outlook on life with a sense of gratitude and well-being.
  • Enjoying the sunshine, fun physical activity, and sound sleep.

You don’t have to accept extra weight, feeling fatigued, or a health diagnosis as your “new normal.” You don’t have to “live with it”—you can feel better by eating better, changing your attitude, and making lifestyle shifts. I know it’s possible because I’ve experienced the transformation firsthand and witnessed it in my clients.

Let’s work together to find the solution that’s right for your life and your body.

This is for you, if …

  • You feel healthy but want to fine-tune your diet. (Perhaps you want an analysis of your current diet and some recommended tweaks to optimize it.)
  • You’re not feeling well or something doesn’t feel quite right—maybe you’re sluggish, fatigued, bloated, overweight, or experiencing brain fog or high blood pressure.
  • You’ve been struck with a health condition or autoimmune disease and want to support and strengthen your immune system.
  • You need help following doctor’s orders; e.g., your doctor wants you to stabilize your blood sugar levels and lose weight but is only giving you general dietary guidelines without any consideration to the quality of food or the specific nutrients that your body needs.
  • You’re following your doctor’s protocol, but in parallel, you’d like to support your body with nutrition and other approaches that are tailored for you.
